Picture Time!

Two days of posting on the blog!  Yep, I am out of school for Christmas break so I'm catching up for not posting for the past two months.:)  When the family was out to visit we had my friend, Ivonne, come and take pictures of the kids.  She did a wonderful job and was very patient working with a wide age range of kiddos!  Here are some of my favorite.....
Poppi, Nani, Jamie and Jordan

So sweet!  Jamie giving Quinton love.

Jordan's turn!

The fab four!

Looking forward to putting this one in a picture frame,

Fun time with our cousins!

In October we were lucky to have Aunt Melanie, Ashlyn, Aunt Katie, Uncle Jason and Baby Quinton come out to visit us for a long weekend.  It was the first time Jeremy and the kids were able to meet baby Q so it was a lot of fun!  Ashlyn and Jordan were connected at the hip all weekend and had so much fun together.  I know we are done having children so I really hope their relationship will turn into a close friendship (like sisters) as they get older.  I knew Jamie was excited to finally have a boy cousin but I was surprised at how much he engaged with baby Q the whole weekend.  He really loved playing with him and showing him things.  Uncle Jason took Jamie to his first college football game (Huskies vs. U of A) and we took baby Q and Ashlyn to the pumpkin patch.  It was a great weekend and we look forward to seeing them all again.
Girls waking up together the first morning!
Playing in the kitchen together.
Jumping on the bed together!

So sweet......
Taking Baby Q down the slide.
Now for a ride on his shoulders. Jamie thought this was so cool!
Aunt Katie and I being brave at the pumpkin patch.  We were pretty high up on a huge dome that was filled with air.  It was fun and we got a workout jumping with the girls.
Awe...baby love!  He was so good that night (actually the whole trip he was really good)! Such a sweet baby boy!
Girls having a blast jumping in the bounce house together.
Ending a fun filled weekend with a movie and popcorn in bed.  Love these girls!!!

Halloween

I can honestly say this was the first year the kids really had the opportunity to wear their costumes a number of times.  They were so happy to be able to do this and I loved seeing them dressed up as Woody and Jessie. They started out the Halloween season by going to a dress up parade party at The Disney Store with Nani and Poppi.  They had so much fun and were surprisingly the only Woody and Jessie that night. Jamie's school had a Trunk or Treat and the whole family dressed up for that one!  Jeremy spent many hours making the classroom game and Jamie was very proud to take it to school to show everyone.  The kids also had a Halloween luncheon with our favorite friends on Halloween day.  It was so cute to see all the kids dressed up together.  We ended Halloween with our usual tradition of Jeremy and Poppi making tacos while Nani and I take the kids trick or treating.  Such a fun time!
Ready to go walk in the parade at the Disney Store!
Daddy's awesome Pumpkin Ping Pong Toss he made from scratch!
Woody and Jessie having a blast at Trunk or Treat.
The whole family got into the spirit this year!

Our scary spider crackers we brought for the Halloween luncheon.  Jeremy also made a veggie tray that looked like a skeleton.  So thankful he is creative!

Lunch time!  The kids were action figures/hero's, princesses, and we had two Jessie's and two Woody's at the party.  Everyone had a great time.
Ready to go Trick or Treat!
Hmmm...maybe not!  Here are their expressions at the first house we went to.  :)
But, they did get the hang of it and went to several houses in the neighborhood. They enjoyed coming home to show daddy the loot.  Of course, daddy had to "inspect" it all first! LOL!

Jordan's Third Birthday!

This actually happened a month and a half ago but I'm a little bit behind with blogging. :(  We've been so busy the past month of half with the business of everyday life and the holidays!  We've been doing lots of fun things and I am excited to finally catch up with the blog!  We celebrated Jordan's third birthday over a three day period.  The first day we went back to the Wildlife Zoo.  We went there last year and had so much fun so decided to go back this year.  We had a great time looking at all the exhibits and going on a few rides.  The next day we had her birthday dinner at Serrano's.  This girl LOVES cheese, chips and salsa so this is her favorite place to eat at.  We did birthday gifts that night and the following day (her actual birthday), Jordan and I had some one on one time and I took her to a park where she could ride her bike.  Jamie is so fast now it's a bit more challenging for her to keep up when we do family bike rides so she was pretty excited to be able to go at her pace!
My Baby Girl!  I am so thankful God blessed us with a little girl like her......wouldn't change it for the world! XOXO
The proud big brother looking after his little sister.
Tough picture to see with the flash but the alligator was sleeping.  The kids thought it was so cool to be able to sit right underneath him.
Jordan was so excited she was tall enough to go on the log ride this year!  Last year she was so sad when Jamie got to go but not her.  She really liked it. (So did I!)
This picture makes me laugh....she was so nervous she would tip the hat off her head so she literally stood like this, as still as possible, while the staff sang to her.  It was so cute and funny!
Relieved the song is over but still worried she was going to drop the "big hat."
One happy little girl about to open presents!
The picture cracks me up.  Jamie kept wanting to blow out the candles too but Jordan wanted to do it by herself first.  We had to light the candles a few times before this happened.  Daddy's hand over Jamie's mouth helped as well. :)

Birthday Hike

This past weekend I celebrated my 32nd birthday by taking a eight mile hike with Jeremy in the mountains right behind our neighborhood.  With our opposite work schedules and my class at night we don't get to see eachother that much.  My birthday wish was to be able to spend a whole day with him so he took the day off from work and the kiddos headed over to Nani and Poppi's for the day and night.  Jeremy and I had so much fun together and spending time with him was the perfect birthday gift.

Halfway point!
Hiking partners!  I love hiking and wish we could do it more often.
My meditation pose.  It was so peaceful and beautiful at this point.
Jeremy's meditation pose...LOL!
We celebrated my birthday at my favorite restaurant on Monday night.

Pumpkin Picking in Wilcox

After apple picking we headed over to the pumpkin patch.  It was opening weekend and the kids loved being able to pick their pumpkin and cut it from the vine.  They also enjoyed the hayride and the corn pit.  Such a fun day!
We told the kids to make silly faces.
The girls on the tractor.  Jackie and I made these dresses for the girls a year ago and when we met that morning both girls had them on. :)

Jamie's favorite part of the day.  The big corn kernel pit.
1,2,3, JUMP!!!!
Going on a hayride out to the pumpkin patch.
Pumpkin patch....so pretty!
Trying to decide which pumpkin to pick.
Jordan cutting her's.
Perfect size!
Jamie found one too.
The family...xoxo
Most places you'd end a day at the apple farm and pumpkin patch with hot apple cider but in AZ you end with a snow cone! :)
